Terms of Use
Last updated: February 2026 • DesignClicker.com
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using DesignClicker.com, including the free online design tools, design assets and editorial guides, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Licence to use the tools and generated output
All tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial workflows. You keep 100% ownership and copyright of any image, logo or graphic you process with our client-side utilities. CSS code, colour palettes and favicon files generated on this site may be used freely in commercial websites and applications without attribution.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt the availability or performance of the website or its APIs.
- Scrape content with automated tools at abusive request rates.
- Redistribute the website source code as a competing hosted service.
- Use the tools to process content that infringes the rights of others or breaks applicable law.
4. Browser dependency
Because the tools rely on your browser's Canvas, Blob and Clipboard implementations, exact compression ratios and maximum supported dimensions can vary between browser versions and devices. WebP encoding in particular requires a browser that supports WebP export; where it does not, the tool informs you and saves a compatible format.
5. Limitation of liability
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Always keep backups of your original master files before compressing, cropping or converting images.
6. Third-party content
Advertisements may be served by third parties such as Google AdSense. Those providers have their own privacy and terms policies, which are referenced in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the latest version, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
